This is a list of Practice Members, Athletes and Teams that I currently work with to achieve optimal health and function.  Chiropractic care allows your Nervous System and everything it controls in your body to function at 100%. Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods, and Emmett Smith(just to name a few) all understand the importance of an optimal Nervous System and the role Chiropractic plays in optimal Health and function.  World and Olympic Decathalon Champion, Dan O’Brien, has openly stated that, “If not for Chiropractic, I would not have won the gold medal.”

“I was in a car accident where another car missed the stop sign and hit my front right fender around 35 miles per hour.  I was traveling about the same speed and the impact broke the front axel and pushed me clear across the intersection into the far corner sidewalk.  After the accident the neck and back pain was so bad I had to take Percocet for the pain.  After just a few treatments with Dr. James, I was back to my old self again, going about my work without pain or muscle spasms.  Thanks Dr. James.”

“Most competitive triathletes use the early winter months for building a fitness base for the upcoming race season.  So, you can imagine my dread and disappointment when I was hit by one injury after another within my first month of training for the 2007 race season.  Training runs became walks, and even those would leave my knee sore and lower back in pain.  Though helpful, yoga and massage only provided temporary relief.  Upon my first visit to Dr. James, he seemed to know more about my recent injuries than I did.  He explained how I was addressing the symptoms of my injuries, but not addressing the source of the injury itself.  After my first chiropractic adjustment, any doubts I had in regards to the benefits of Chiropractic work were vanquished.  Dr. Rosenberg, an athlete himself, understands the importance of triathlon training to me, and helped me get back to training for the 2007 race season.”

In November of 1995, I injured my lower back. I tried "conventional" medicine first - muscle relaxants, pain pills with codeine, physical therapy, etc. - most of which didn't work, and the pills left me groggy and unable to work or do much of anything else. The doctors finally told me "It will get better. Just live with it." So, for almost eight months, I waited for it to get better - suffering from back pain on a 24-hour-a-day basis, and wearing a heavy back brace just to make it through the day.  Finally, after several friends suggested it, I decide to try Chiropractic. Like a lot of people, I was skeptical, but I was tired of being in pain all of the time.  After about a month of adjustments by Dr. Rosenberg, I have made dramatic improvements. My back pain has almost completely disappeared, I no longer wear the back brace, and my outlook on life in general has improved. Chiropractic is working for me, and I hope soon to be totally pain free.  I highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg his excellent and friendly staff.

After my 1st visit I realized I has been experiencing chronic pain day and night between my left collar bone and spine. Prior to my visit I thought it wasn't "as bad" but once I was totally free of pain the contrast was significant.  Prior to my 1st visit I slept with a variety of pillow in various positions to ease my comfort. Since the first night of slowly removing pillows one by one by morning. Now I slept normally with one pillow and it's wonderful.  After 2 years of waking up every night every 1-2 hours due to the pain, now most nights I might wake up once if at all.

I am 60 years old. I have been taking arthritis medication since I was 25. When I came to Dr. Rosenberg, I was hardly able to walk. I had arthritis in my right knee and a bone spur on the inside of my left heel. Seven months prior, I had been seeing a foot doctor. He gave me a cortisone injection for the pain. The next day, I went to my arthritis doctor. He gave me a sugar test and it was over 500 resulting in no more cortisone injections for the pain. This was last December (2004). Also, 5 years ago my left knee was replaced. When they did the replacement of my knee, they straightened the leg out which made that leg about ½ inch longer than my right.
This caused me to walk with a limp, which made my hips hurt.
So, in January, I decided to try chiropractic. I cannot believe the difference. I now take no medicine at all. He got my right leg as straight as my left. No Surgery! No Limp! Now I go see Dr. Rosenberg once a week. I have no more pain. For the 1st time in the last 10 years I feel great. I have gone shopping for my 7 kids, their spouses, and my 20 grand children and 3 great grand-children. I can do my own housework and shop. I owe all my thanks to Dr. Rosenberg and his wonderful staff.  P.S. I feel like I’m 40 now.
